The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $500,000 to WildAid to support its campaign to reduce meat consumption in the Asia-Pacific region. We expect WildAid will use the funds to produce public service announcement campaigns featuring celebrities in television advertisements and on billboards in major Asian cities. This grant follows our September 2016 funding recommendation to WildAid.

This grant falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare.
