Our Team

Andrew joined Open Philanthropy in June 2025. Before joining Open Phil, he was a regulatory, product, and compliance attorney at Cruise, an autonomous vehicle startup. Prior to that, he was a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and a law clerk with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Andrew earned his J.D. from Harvard Law school and B.A. in Philosophy and English from Amherst College.
