Share Feedback

Being a funder comes with unusual challenges to activities as simple as gathering feedback, exchanging ideas, and expressing opinions. We greatly value all feedback, especially negative feedback.

If your feedback involves concerns about a potential violation of ethical or professional standards, whether by an Open Phil team member or by one of our grantees, please share it through EthicsPoint, an independent organization that will review the feedback before passing it on to us. The EthicsPoint reporting tool allows you to maintain your confidentiality while ensuring your report will be seen by staff who weren’t involved with the matter of your concern.

Translation Inquiries

We’re interested in translating our content, and other content related to effective altruism, into other languages.

If you are interested in paid translation opportunities and plan to spend at least 5 hours/week on translation, check out this post to learn more.

Otherwise, please contact media@openphilanthropy.org and let us know your plans. This helps us keep track of which content exists in a given language. It also means that if someone has already translated the content you had in mind, we can share the translation with you.
