Kate joined Open Philanthropy in 2022. Previously, she was the Faculty Records Coordinator at California College of the Arts. She has also worked as Community Manager for Calm.com, a mindfulness and meditation app, and as a contributing writer for A&E Television. She received a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.F.A. from Mills College.
