Max joined Open Philanthropy in November 2022. Previously, he worked in research and project management roles at several organizations in the effective altruism community, including the Forethought Foundation for Global Priorities Research and Oxford’s Future of Humanity Institute. He has a master’s in mathematics from Heidelberg University.
