Rafael Latham-Proença

Research Fellow

Rafael joined Open Philanthropy in September 2022, where he helps the Global Health and Wellbeing Cause Prioritization team find new cause areas to fund. He is also a PhD candidate in Public Policy at Harvard, and previously worked as a research fellow at Harvard’s Center for International Development and a JPA and consultant at the World Bank. He holds an MPA-ID from Harvard University, an MSc in Economics and a BSc in Molecular Sciences from the University of São Paulo.
