Ray joined the global health research and development team in February 2023. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy he worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, UNICEF, DFID & Innovision Consulting and has lived in DR Congo, Ethiopia & Bangladesh. He holds an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from London School of Economics & London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
