The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $510,000 over two years to the European Summer Program on Rationality (ESPR) for general support. ESPR, a summer workshop for mathematically gifted students aged 16-19, is partly modeled after the Summer Program on Applied Rationality and Cognition and recently became institutionally independent from the Center for Applied Rationality.

This follows our May 2017 support and falls under our work aimed at growing and empowering the EA community.
