Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $2,000,000 over three years to Gryphon Scientific to support the generation of empirical data to fill critical gaps in biosafety. The research will analyze lab safety measures, with the aim of reducing the probability of catastrophic accidents.

This falls within our focus area of biosecurity and pandemic preparedness.
