Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $120,000 to the Texas Inmate Families Association (TIFA) for general support. TIFA provides support, education, and advocacy for family members of incarcerated individuals.

This follows our February 2018 support and represents an “exit grant” that will provide TIFA with approximately one year of operating support. It falls within our focus area of criminal justice reform.
