Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $625,000 over 2.5 years to The Center for Responsible Seafood to conduct welfare research on three commonly farmed fish species, develop a better method to assess the humaneness of fish stunning methods, and promote fish welfare in the seafood industry.

This falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare.
