Eric leads Open Philanthropy’s operations. He joined Open Philanthropy in January 2024. He previously was founder and CEO of COVIDCheck Colorado, an executive coach, and a history teacher at GW Carver High School in New Orleans’ 9th Ward. He holds a BA in Political Science from Tulane, a Masters in French and Comparative Literature from the Université de Nantes, and a JD from Yale Law School.
