Paul joined Open Philanthropy in November 2023. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at Invisible Hands Deliver. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University, an M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University, and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School.
